All sales are final. BLYSS does not offer returns or refunds on any products sold. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer returns, we understand that issues may arise. We will only consider a replacement for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if you have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a replacement, you MUST provide a full, unedited unboxing video as proof of the issue.
Requirements for the Unboxing Video:
The video must be clear and continuous, without any pauses or edits.
It must start by showing the sealed shipping package from all angles, clearly displaying the shipping label.
The process of opening the package (unboxing) must be fully visible.
The damage, defect, or incorrect item must be clearly shown in the video.
Claims made without a valid and complete unboxing video that meets all the above criteria will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. How to File a Claim for a Damaged Item
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and have the required unboxing video, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

The subject line of the email should be: "Claim for Order #[Your Order Number]".
Attach the full unboxing video and include a brief deion of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and the video proof. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests. All orders are non-cancellable.
