1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: We ship to addresses within India. The estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Please note that these are estimates and delivery to remote locations may take longer. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues with our courier partners.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier partner's website.
4. Damaged Items During Transit
BLYSS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to helping our customers.
If you receive your order in a damaged condition, you must follow the procedure outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You are required to email us within 24 hours of delivery with a full, unedited unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement. Please refer to the specific requirements for the video in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. BLYSS will not be responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery of products due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred for re-shipment of the same order will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
